Objavi\u0165 sa m\u00f4\u017ee zhor\u0161enie vn\u00edmania chuti a\u00a0\u010duchu, vypad\u00e1vanie vlasov, ko\u017en\u00e9 vyr\u00e1\u017eky, z\u00e1palov\u00e9 ochorenia ko\u017ee, strata chuti k\u00a0jedlu, hna\u010dky, vy\u0161\u0161ia n\u00e1chylnos\u0165 na infekcie kv\u00f4li zn\u00ed\u017eenej imunite, pomal\u0161ie hojenie r\u00e1n. Nedostatok zinku sa m\u00f4\u017ee vyskytn\u00fa\u0165 aj u\u00a0\u013eud\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00facich lieky a\u00a0doplnky v\u00fd\u017eivy obsahuj\u00face \u017eelezo, ktor\u00e9 zni\u017euje vstreb\u00e1vanie zinku. Vstreb\u00e1vanie zinku zni\u017euje aj k\u00e1va a tzv. fyt\u00e1ty pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 napr\u00edklad v\u00a0obilnin\u00e1ch a\u00a0s\u00f3ji.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cms-according\">\n<p><strong>K \u010domu je dobr\u00fd zinok?<\/strong><br \/>\nK podpore va\u0161ej imunity, lie\u010dba prechladnutia a\u00a0chr\u00edpky. U\u017e\u00edvanie zinku ako prevencie proti chr\u00edpke a\u00a0nachladnutiu nebolo zatia\u013e potvrden\u00e9 (ani vyvr\u00e1ten\u00e9).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Akn\u00e9 a\u00a0seboroick\u00e1 dermatit\u00edda<br \/>\n<\/strong>Antibakteri\u00e1lne a protiz\u00e1palov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky zinku a\u00a0schopnos\u0165 zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 tvorbu ko\u017en\u00e9ho mazu sa vyu\u017e\u00edva v\u00a0lie\u010dbe\u00a0 akn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Atopick\u00e1 dermatit\u00edda (ekz\u00e9m) a\u00a0psori\u00e1za<br \/>\n<\/strong>U\u017e\u00edvanie zinku pri t\u00fdchto ochoreniach sa jav\u00ed ako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, av\u0161ak len pri potvrdenom nedostatku zinku.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vypad\u00e1vanie vlasov<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u0160t\u00fadie nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee vypad\u00e1vanie vlasov m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 na svedom\u00ed nedostatok zinku (paradoxne aj jeho nadmern\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvanie, kedy oby\u010dajne b\u00fdva pr\u00edtomn\u00e1 aj an\u00e9mia). U\u017e\u00edvanie zinku sa preto odpor\u00fa\u010da pri vypad\u00e1van\u00ed vlasov, najm\u00e4 u\u00a0 pacientov, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa potvrden\u00fa n\u00edzku hladinu zinku ako aj pri ne\u00faspechu inej lie\u010dby.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161en\u00e1 prostata<\/strong><br \/>\nZdrav\u00e1 prostata obsahuje vysok\u00e9 mno\u017estvo zinku, ktor\u00e9 je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pre jej spr\u00e1vne fungovanie, zatia\u013e \u010do pre\u00a0pacientov so zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161enou prostatou (ben\u00edgna hyperpl\u00e1zia prostaty) je typick\u00fd nedostatok zinku. Preto sa predpoklad\u00e1, \u017ee obnova vysok\u00fdch hlad\u00edn zinku by mala spomali\u0165 postup ochorenia. Paradoxne niektor\u00e9 v\u00fdskumy v\u0161ak nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee zinok m\u00f4\u017ee pr\u00e1ve naopak zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 riziko rakoviny prostaty.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prevencia makul\u00e1rnej degener\u00e1cie<\/strong>\u00a0(ochorenie o\u010d\u00ed)<br \/>\nBolo potvrden\u00e9 \u017ee u\u017e\u00edvanie zinku zni\u017euje riziko postupu ochorenia u\u00a0vysoko rizikov\u00fdch pacientov.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Osteopor\u00f3za<br \/>\n<\/strong>N\u00edzky pr\u00edjem zinku sa sp\u00e1ja aj s\u00a0t\u00fdmto ochoren\u00edm. U\u017e\u00edvanie zinku v\u00a0kombin\u00e1cii s me\u010fou, mang\u00e1nom a\u00a0v\u00e1pnikom pravdepodobne zni\u017euje stratu kostnej hmoty u\u00a0\u017eien po menopauze.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zinok sa pou\u017e\u00edva aj ako podporn\u00e1 lie\u010dba syndr\u00f3mu\u00a0<strong>ADHD<\/strong>\u00a0(detsk\u00e1 hyperkinetick\u00e1 porucha), pri lie\u010dbe Wilsonovej choroby (hromadenie medi v\u00a0tele), u\u00a0mu\u017eov pl\u00e1nuj\u00facich deti ako ochrana spermi\u00ed, na lie\u010dbu ment\u00e1lnej anorexie, herpesu a \u017eal\u00fado\u010dn\u00fdch vredov.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>\u010co sa deje ak prij\u00edmame ve\u013ea zinku?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Denn\u00e1 d\u00e1vka zinku pre\u00a0dospel\u00e9ho \u010dloveka predstavuje 10-15 mg, u\u00a0tehotn\u00fdch a\u00a0doj\u010diacich \u017eien 16-19 mg denne. Dlhodob\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvanie zinku v\u00a0d\u00e1vkovan\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161om ako 25 mg denne by malo by\u0165 konzultovan\u00e9 s\u00a0lek\u00e1rom a\u00a0u\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 len na z\u00e1klade diagn\u00f3zy (potvrden\u00fd nedostatok zinku, akn\u00e9, alkoholizmus, vypad\u00e1vanie vlasov, Wilsonova choroba at\u010f\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0lek\u00e1r\u0148ach v\u0161ak be\u017ene zo\u017eeniete aj 50 mg zinok, k\u00a0pred\u00e1vkovaniu doch\u00e1dza \u010dasto aj nevedomou kombin\u00e1ciou viacer\u00fdch doplnkov v\u00fd\u017eivy.\u00a0Na za\u010diatku lie\u010dby m\u00f4\u017ee zinok u\u00a0niektor\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed vyvola\u0165 nevo\u013enos\u0165, bolesti brucha a hlavy, hna\u010dku, vracanie, kovov\u00fa chu\u0165 v\u00a0\u00fastach, ktor\u00e9 patria k\u00a0be\u017en\u00fdm ne\u017eiaducim \u00fa\u010dinkom a zvykn\u00fa ustupova\u0165. Ned\u00e1vno sa zistilo, \u017ee pri u\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed viac ako 100 mg zinku denne alebo u\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed doplnkov zinku viac ako 10 rokov v\u00fdrazne st\u00fapa\u00a0riziko rakoviny prostaty\u00a0(zinok s\u00e1m o\u00a0sebe nie je karcinog\u00e9nny, nevyvol\u00e1va rakovinu, je v\u0161ak potrebn\u00fd pre delenie buniek v\u00a0existuj\u00facich n\u00e1doroch; pri nedostatku zinku sa rast n\u00e1doru pravdepodobne spoma\u013euje).<\/p>\n<p>Zatia\u013e \u010do na jednej strane primeran\u00e9 d\u00e1vky zinku chr\u00e1nia spermie, vysok\u00e9 d\u00e1vky zinku\u00a0nar\u00fa\u0161aj\u00fa spermatogen\u00e9zu\u00a0(proces tvorby spermii) ako aj plodnos\u0165 \u017eien.\u00a0Zinok v\u017edy u\u017e\u00edvajte samostatne, nie ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 multivitam\u00ednov\u00fdch pr\u00edpravkov, ktor\u00e9 obsahuj\u00fa zvy\u010dajne n\u00edzke d\u00e1vky zinku a\u00a0navy\u0161e v\u00a0kombin\u00e1cii s\u00a0l\u00e1tkami, ktor\u00e9 zni\u017euj\u00fa vyu\u017eitie zinku. Konkr\u00e9tne nie je vhodn\u00e9 s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvanie zinku s\u00a0kyselinou listovou, me\u010fou, \u017eelezom, v\u00e1pnikom, chr\u00f3mom a\u00a0hor\u010d\u00edkom (treba zachova\u0165 aspo\u0148 2-hodinov\u00fd odstup).<\/p>\n<p>Zinok prijat\u00fd stravou sa lep\u0161ie vstreb\u00e1va po tepelnej \u00faprave jedla.\u00a0Niektor\u00ed v\u00fdrobcovia si uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa mno\u017estvo zinku na krabi\u010dke vo forme sol\u00ed zinku (napr. glukon\u00e1t zinku), ktor\u00fd nezodpoved\u00e1 element\u00e1rnemu mno\u017estvo zinku. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee n\u00e1pis na krabi\u010dke alebo v\u00a0pr\u00edbalovom let\u00e1ku, \u017ee doplnok obsahuje 170 mg glukon\u00e1tu zinku neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee obsahuje 170 mg zinku. Konkr\u00e9tne 100 mg glukon\u00e1tu zinku obsahuje 14 mg zinku, acet\u00e1tu zinku obsahuje 30 mg zinku, 100 mg sulf\u00e1tu zinku obsahuje 24 mg zinku, 100 mg oxidu zino\u010dnat\u00e9ho obsahuje 80 mg zinku a\u00a0podobne.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f\u017ee je u zinku ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 spr\u00e1vne d\u00e1vkovanie, pri potrebe doplnenia zinku je lep\u0161ie spo\u013eahn\u00fa\u0165 sa na skuto\u010dn\u00e9 lieky ako na v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 doplnky a nekombinova\u0165 r\u00f4zne pr\u00edpravky s obsahom zinku.
